Once booked, a representative of our team will personally visit you (free of charge) to note all your requirements, followed by a set price giving you the best deal possible and guaranteeing you no additional charges.

Cleaning Service
Start with a thorough professional cleaning. Attention to detail is our primary focus, one of the reasons for our 5-star reviews.
Checklists, live on-site feedback and before and after pictures/videos ensure complete customer satisfaction.
With varying amounts of rubbish, we know that bins can be overloaded or even worse, bags being left out in the open.
By providing us with your collection schedule we can avoid this by ensuring bins/recycling are left out front during our time at a changeover.
Bedrooms
- Changing of beds, replacement of towels.
- Landlord/ management updates on replacement items i.e., hangers, hairdryers, remotes for TVs, iron/ironing board, lamps/light bulbs.
- Dusting/disinfecting surfaces. (Such as tables, mirrors, cabinets, TVs, shelves, beds, headboards, window ledges, and blinds.)
- Vacuuming and mopping of floors
Bathrooms
- Cleaning/Disinfecting of shower, bath, and sink areas.
- Watermark removal from sinks, baths, showers, and tiles.
- Cleaning/disinfecting of toilet
- Cleaning/disinfecting of surfaces
- Cleaning of mirrors
Bin collection/recycling
- Inform us of your bin/recycling dates and we will ensure they are left out front during our time at a changeover.
Kitchen
- Emptying fridge/ freezers of any left items by previous guests.
- Spillages wiped thoroughly and disinfected.
- Dirty kitchen utensils will be loaded into the dishwasher, dried, and packed away.
- Changing the bin liners.
- Removal of any marks from cupboards.
- Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces.
- Removal of any grease on the hob, tiles or any other areas.
- Cleaning of sinks, including removal of any watermarks, food, or stains.
- Vacuuming and mopping of floors
- Removal of bin liners/recycling.

Living areas
- Dusting and disinfecting surfaces such as tables, mirrors, cabinets, TVs, pianos, shelves, window ledges, fireplaces, and blinds.
